Janet Jones-Parker (Doublier)

Tom has supported Janet Jones-Parker for over 8 years, conducting in-depth research and identification of qualified candidates from behind the scenes as Associate. Today, his responsibilities have expanded to include an active role in the full spectrum of executing assignments. He has a unique ability to identify individuals who fit specifications so well that they most often become the hired candidate.  

Tom previously held positions in sales and marketing in services companies including home and senior care and telecommunications..

He served as a volunteer Representative for religious education in Salt Lake City, Utah for two years.

​He recently moved back to North Carolina with his wife, Rachel and their baby girl, Peyton, aka "Perfect Peyton Parker."

Janet's search career began in the 1970's when she co-founded Management Woman, Inc., the first and only firm to specialize in recruiting women and minorities into senior management and Board of Directors positions in Fortune 500 corporations.  Her experience is complimented by her leadership role in a number of professional women's organizations. Janet is a founder of the Committee of 200, Women in Management, and the International Women's Forum.  She is also a proud member of the prestigious Piper Group.

Janet served as President of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) in the 1980's.  Hired to assist in re-engineering the organization, the association reached its highest level of activity and membership in AESC history at the end of her tenure.  Today it is a thriving force in the executive search profession around the world.

Janet has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, U.S. News & World Report, Executive Recruiter News, Executive Search Review, and Human Resource Executive.  In addition, Janet co-edited The Executive Search Collaboration:  A Guide for Human Resource Professionals and Their Search Firms.

She received a BA from Drew University with additional studies at the London School of Economics and the University of Dijon, France.
